You should NOT wait for pins. When you go from colonization to fruiting, you want the mycelium to still have a "running" momentum. Also, DUNK those bastards. The dunk will hydrate the cakes for proper fruiting, and also shock them into a pin-set for your first flush. WebMay 14, 2024 · Do not open jars till fully colonized and consolidated. They can pin and fruit in the jar (invitro). Once jars are fully colonized and sat another week to become solid all the way through, birth them carefully.
