I did a fresh install of Windows and now, after many tries of re-installing Windows and then the Asus Drivers for Armory Crate, ROG Live Service, etc., Power Saving no longer activates. The GPU just idles at 38-40C while consuming power. If anyone has had experience getting this to work, help would be greatly appreciated.
