The latest version as if this writing is 4.00.38. Occasionally, installing AURA does not automatically install AXSP, resulting in LightingService to crash on launch.

WebLighting service is Aura Sync yes, you could try the beta version if you haven't, its a bit better. Beyond that, the only real fix is to just not install it and control it from the BIOS. Run a registry cleaner or DIY and remove anything related to aura AND the lighting service. Restart again.
