Webb21 jan. 2011 · My dualit toaster broke recently (was dropped from a ruddy great height by our removal men) and I sent it off to Dualit to be repaired. Very impressed with their service, cost was £60 so definitely worth repairing. They also threw in a new knob for my kettle for free as well (also damaged by removal men). Saving for an early retirement!
